GENERAL INFO

  • Gates open at 11am, closing at 8:30pm. Last drinks will be called 30 mins prior to closing.

  • Pick up a paddle at the merch desk for $10 and a printed program, and start making your wish list out of the 300+ on offer!

  • Each brewer sets their own brew prices, and will vary based on whether they’re a core range brew or special release brew, but expect 80mL tasters from $3 and 285mL pots from $7.

  • Yes, definitely! It’s going to be a beautiful spring day perfect for rolling out a picnic blanket in the shade of the pine trees in Kurrawa Park.

  • You may bring a small fold up camping/beach chair however we prefer that you bring a picnic blanket as it’s easier to take around with you. If you do bring a chair, please be mindful of those around you with regard to social distancing and seeing the stage, and make sure that you take it home with you when you leave.

  • Yeah mate, go for it.

  • Unfortunately we can’t offer pass-outs. Why would you want to leave? There’s plenty happening that you won’t want to miss!

  • The festival has lots of shaded seating, as well as big trees that also provide shade. It will be a warm spring day, so be sure to bring a hat, sunnies and sunscreen. You can also swing by the First Aid Tent if you’re in need of sunscreen.

  • No, sorry. We have plenty of food and beverage options so there will definitely be no need to bring your own. Trust us when we say, you will be absolutely spoilt for choice.

  • The event is 100% cashless with the simple tap-and-go payment system. Simply bring your credit or debit card to tap away at any of the brewer or food stalls. Easy peasy!

  • There sure are! There’s certainly a rise in non-alcoholic beers, and there will be a stack available at this year’s event. Keep an eye on the brew list when it’s announced closer to the festival date. We’ll also have water, soft drink, coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks on offer around the festival.

  • You betcha. Check out the menus of food vendors on the day for their offerings.

  • Unfortunately no, the event is strictly 18+ on both days. Find a sitter and enjoy a kid free day out!

  • As much as we love dogs and other animals, all of the furry good boys and girls will have to stay at home.

  • YES, they’re back! A festival beer cup is included within your ticket, so you can do your bit for the planet one beer at a time!

  • Yes, there is a designated smoking area within the festival - look out for signage for where you can smoke. We will not be selling any smoking products within the festival.

  • Absolutely. Intoxicated and unsociable behaviour will not be tolerated and any such patrons will be removed. Crafted Beer & Cider Festival is not a skull-sesh, it’s about the appreciation of a top quality drop - so take it easy, relax with your mates and don’t be a dick.

TICKETING INFO

  • Tickets are from $41+bf for Early Bird which are accessed exclusively via our mailing list, and from $46+bf for 1st Release - be quick to grab yours now before the next release sells out!

  • Your ticket includes your 2024 Festival Beer Cup, access to more than 50 of the best local & interstate crafty beeristas who have brewed festival exclusive & limited releases, gourmet food vendors, a full program of live music and other festival activities to be announced soon!

    This is not an exhibition style beer or food event, it’s an all-day festival experience jampacked with FUN. Make the most of your ticket by rounding up some mates and making a full day of it! All activities are included in your ticket.

    Any food or beverages are purchased on top of your ticket price at the festival via Square ‘tap & go’.

  • Save the paper, and just load up your e-tickets onto your phone for scanning instead! Just turn up the brightness on your phone before you arrive so it’s easier to scan.

  • Any merch pre-purchases are available for collection from the Info Tent at the festival. Present your ticket to collect on the day. If you didn’t purchase them with your ticket, don’t stress - you can pop by the Festival Merch tent on the day to grab one.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. But you are welcome to pass it onto a mate or add the ticket for sale via Tixel (see below section for more information on Tixel).

  • If we’re not sold out beforehand, there will be tickets sold at the gate. Our past events have sold out before the event so I wouldn’t wait to find out…

TIXEL

  • Tixel is a safe secondary ticket marketplace, where you can buy or sell tickets legitimate tickets. List a ticket for sale, create a private sale link if you’ve already found a buyer, or join up to the waitlist to be notified when a new ticket becomes available.

    Beware of scammers. Tixel is the only way to know that you are purchasing legitimate tickets. Anyone who is not willing to sell their tickets via Tixel is likely not genuine.

  • 100%. Oztix tickets are registered via Tixel, so when you purchase from someone via Tixel, you are issued a new legitimate Oztix ticket to Crafted Beer Festival.

    Buying secondary tickets via Tixel is the only way to guarantee a ticket’s legitimacy.

  • You can search for Crafted Beer Festival tickets or be sent an individual ticketing URL direct from the seller.

  • If Crafted is sold out, register your name for the Waitlist linked on the Crafted Tixel Page to be notified when a new ticket is placed for sale via Tixel.

  • Head to tixel.com/au and click “Sell Tickets” and follow the instructions to upload your e-ticket for sale. Note, only e-tickets can be uploaded. So contact info@oztix.com.au if you have hard tickets you wish to be listed for sale.

  • Tixel only accepts e-tickets, so please email info@craftedfestival.com.au with your order details so that we can re-issue you an e-ticket that you can upload.
